Melissa was very helpful and answered all of my questions that I had during the entire process. She was available during the listed hours on the website and was available by email, text, and phone as well. We were able to successfully have our house under contract within a week and closed within 60 days. I would use at least the premium service if this is our first time selling your home as Melissa's advice was invaluable.
