Dani AndersonFrom start to finish, Modern Way Realty made selling our house a breeze. I researched a couple different flat fee MLS listing companies, and some of them had hidden fees at closing, but Modern Way was as transparent as promised. You only pay the up front fee and nothing else. Their online program makes inputting photos and listing information very streamlined and user friendly. Melissa is also very prompt responding to any questions and thoroughly checks the listing to make sure you don't miss any details. I would HIGHLY recommend the "platinum" full service plan as the amount of assistance you get is more than worth the money. Melissa will guide you through the entire process from listing, negotiating the deal, all the way through closing. All in all, we only paid the $995 for the platinum service, we bought the $30 or so yard sign, and that was it. When the deal was done, we ended up saving $17,250 in commission and sold out home for $36,000 over asking price with Melissa's negotiation advice!
