This Professional Broker Melissa is AWESOME..!!! she Saved me at Least $10,000.00 in Commission and Inspection repair costs.!! i Cannot say enough great things about her, i work in Chemistry/ Science. i thought i could sell my house on My Own.!! Wrong.!! if You don’t work in the Real estate business there is a Lot more to it than you would expect. But you do NOT need a 3% Real estate agent to Sell your house, did you know the Seller is Normally required to Pay BOTH the Buyer’s AND Seller’s agent fees..?? but with This Broker – Melissa You only pay her a FLAT fee, (you still have to pay the buyer’s agent fee) but if you hire Melissa you are saving 50% of commission Fees, and for my $293K house that was about $9,000.00..!!!! By far the biggest reason sellers decide to sell their home For Sale by Owner (FSBO) rather than through a real estate agent is to avoid paying those hefty commissions at closing. On the other hand, selling For Sale by Owner (FSBO) requires the seller to all their own marketing. That is by far the biggest disadvantage to the For Sale by Owner (FSBO).

The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a huge database of properties listed for sale used by real estate agents to share their listings with each other.
