I was selling a vacant lot, and didn’t need the full services of a realtor. Glad I found this option to have it listed on MLS, without the expense of paying commission to a selling agent. Process was very easy to work thru. Melissa was very helpful in making any changes and adjusting my listing price as needed. Big advantage to be on the MLS and pull in buyers. It took me close to a year to sell my lot, happy the listing was for 12 months. Would recommend if you are willing to do some of the work yourself, saved a bunch on sellers agent commission, still paid buyers agent the standard amount.

Probably the best decision you can make during your house selling process. Her flat fee will save you a lot of money! Of course, you’ll have to take your own pictures with a nice camera (or phone), and put in some work for it. But overall, you’ll be glad you make this decision. I worked with Melissa in selling my first house. I’ve never went through the selling process before, but she helped me whenever I have a question. You just need to send her an email or a phone call. Again, probably the best decision you’ll make during your house selling process.

By far the biggest reason sellers decide to sell their home For Sale by Owner (FSBO) rather than through a real estate agent is to avoid paying those hefty commissions at closing.
