YOUR LISTING STATUS CAN BE UPDATED TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Be sure to include your property address in the subject line or body of the email so we know which property you are referring to.
PENDING
After you have accepted an offer, you will need to send us the Purchase Agreement signed by all parties within 24 hours so we can update the MLS.

CONTINGENT CONTINUE TO SHOW
This applies only to an accepted offer that is contingent on the sale of the buyer’s property. You will need to send us the Purchase Agreement signed by all parties within 24 hours so we can update the MLS.

ACTIVE
If for some reason your deal falls through, we will need a Mutual Release of Purchase Agreement signed by all parties of the purchase agreement.

SOLD
After you have officially closed on your property, you will need to send us the Closing/Settlement Statement within 24 hours of your closing date so we can update the MLS. Send by email to Broker@ModernWayRealty.com in PDF only.
INACTIVE/OFF MARKET
If for some reason you need to remove your listing from the MLS temporarily, Contact Us to let us know and we will temporarily remove your listing from the MLS. Let us know when you want that the status on the MLS to go back to “Active”.
