PENDING

CONTINGENT – CONTINUE TO SHOW
This applies only to an accepted offer that is contingent on the sale of the buyer’s property. You will need to send us the Purchase Agreement (PDF only) signed by all parties within 24 hours so we can update the status on the MLS. You can submit the Purchase Agreement by email or through the form below.
INACTIVE/OFF MARKET
If for some reason you need to remove your listing from the MLS temporarily, submit the form below and we will temporarily remove your listing from the MLS.
BACK ON MARKET
If the current status is PENDING OR CONTINGENT – CONTINUE TO SHOW and the deal fell through, you will need to send us a Mutual Release of Purchase Agreement (PDF only) signed by all parties of the purchase agreement. You can submit the Mutual Release of Purchase Agreement by email or through the form below.
If the current status is INACTIVE/OFF MARKET and you are ready to make the property Active again on the MLS, submit the form below.
SOLD
After you have officially closed on your property, you will need to send us the Seller’s Settlement Statement (PDF only) within 24 hours of your closing date so we can close out the listing on the MLS. You can submit the Seller’s Settlement Statement by email or through the form below.
CANCEL LISTING
If you would like to cancel your listing and permanently remove it from the MLS, go to CANCEL LISTING.
