PLEASE NOTE: We do not schedule showings (unless it’s one of our listings) or accompany buyers to showings. We offer our Buyer Rebate to compensate buyers that are willing to do the work of finding a property on their own. Once you find the property you want to purchase, we take over from there and guide you through the rest of the process all the way to the closing.
