Wrong.!! if You don't work in the Real estate business there is a Lot more to it than you would expect. But you do NOT need a 3% Real estate agent to Sell your house, did you know the Seller is Normally required to Pay BOTH the Buyer's AND Seller's agent fees..?? but with This Broker - Melissa You only pay her a FLAT fee, (you still have to pay the buyers agent fee) but if you hire Melissa you are saving 50% of commission Fees, and for my $293K house that was about $9,000.00..!!!!
